We have collaborated with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. to make available Embedded CryoSPARC Live, a version of our CryoSPARC Live™ software, now designed to seamlessly integrate with Thermo Scientific™ cryo-transmission electron microscope (cryo-TEM) systems.

Embedded CryoSPARC Live will enable new and experienced cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) users to optimize data collection and minimize the time it takes to obtain high-resolution 3D structures from their cryo-EM data. To learn more about the collaboration, please see the Press Release.

Like CryoSPARC Live™, Embedded CryoSPARC Live significantly shortens time to results by providing real-time 2D and 3D feedback on sample quality and microscope settings. It allows you to streamline data collection by adjusting imaging and processing parameters during data collection, increasing overall data quality and minimizing time wasted on poor quality samples. It also interoperates with CryoSPARC™ for further downstream processing after data collection.
