Local Refinement jobs no longer fail with a plotting error when intermediate iteration plots are being produced in certain cases.

CryoSPARC Live auto-pause now correctly pauses Live sessions in both standard and graceful modes, including for sessions where streaming 2D and 3D jobs are running.

Set environment variable CRYOSPARC_CLI_SKIP_ACCESS_CHECK=true in both CryoSPARC master and worker config.sh files, in order to disable filesystem permission checks for cryosparcm and cryosparcw command-line arguments. This setting may be used with network file systems where listed UNIX access permissions do not match the true available permissions.
